Operations Support Clerk

The Operations Support Clerk will be responsible for various administrative and clerical tasks while supporting the operations team in updating and maintaining work schedules according to the daily planner. As an integral and valued member of the dynamic after-sales team, this role offers a remarkable opportunity to engage deeply with a diverse array of facets within both the department and the overarching organization. This encompasses seamless coordination with colleagues, collaboration with multiple departments, and fostering meaningful connections with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep him/herself up to date with the ongoing and/or pending works per vehicle
  • Enter Service Books for any pending/completed jobs per vehicle
  • Assist in planning and communicating with personnel responsible for the planner
  • Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from clients/colleagues
  • Attain from and/or provide clients with appropriate information while taking bookings of vehicles for service
  • Issuance of Cash Sales and Invoices
  • Maintain an updated inventory of vehicles within the premises
  • Driving vehicles from and to workshops
  • Parking Vehicles at designated areas within our premises
  • Facilitate assistance to clients on breakdowns
  • Contact clients to collect their vehicles
  • Managing Office filing system and maintaining records
  • Assisting with scheduling, data entry, and other duties as required


  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive environment or related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
