Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting activities of the company.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for executive management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial audits.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business decision-making and provide financial insights and guidance.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial software/systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
