Business Development Executive

Our client is looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive with a technical background who can effectively promote and sell the services of their company. This role requires a proactive individual who is not afraid to engage in cold calling and prospecting to identify and secure new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT services and will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of IT services and solutions offered by 4Sight Group to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the curve and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of 4Sight Group’s services.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a sales pipeline, tracking all sales activities and providing accurate forecasts to management.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of all sales activities, including contact information, sales calls, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business).
  • Proven track record in IT services sales and a deep understanding of IT solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Can communicate effectively in English and Maltese
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to engage in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
